Summary:
Performs administrative and office support activities within Catalog Sales and is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Enters orders of inventoried awards and merchandise for other Moose International, Supreme Lodge Departments ? Processes Moose Reward letters and gift certificates ? Processes Grant Program orders ? Handles journal bill backs within Moose Intl.
, Mooseheart and Moose Charities Depts.
? Maintains records of departmental activities, compiles routine reports from existing records.
Copy, collate and distribute departmental materials.
? Prepares Catalog Sales invoices for payment.
? Processes merchandise orders from Members, Lodges, Associations
other Moose entities.
? Provides back up phone coverage for Catalog Sales office and Gift Store.
? Participates in yearly inventory of Gift Store and Warehouse.
? Helps with preparation of yearly convention.
(may include lifting/moving boxes/merchandise, pricing, programing of registers, and other) ? Provides customer service to Gift Store customers.
? Gift Store Attendant at special events and State Days.
? Performs administrative and retail duties as needed.
? Performs additional duties, assignments, and projects as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? High school diploma or equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
? Proficient in Work and Excel programs ? Proofreading skills - a must ? Ability to cooperate within a team ? Ability to work under stress and successfully handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously ? Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing organizational needs and priorities ? Ability to lift max of 30 lbs.
